CRANIOSACRAL
Craniosacral therapy is a light touch therapy where you stay fully clothed and the smallest amount of pressure is applied to points on your spine and scull. This releases tension and facilitates movement of cerebrospinal fluid, which bathes and nourishes the nerves and reoxygenates tissues of the body. It can release stored trauma from accidents, and realigns the spine, helping to balance the body as a whole.

LIGHT HEALING TOUCH
Light healing touch is a therapy that helps to balance the various energy centers in the body, to aid in reaching a deeper level of wellbeing, balance and harmony. This also pairs well with meridian work, which uses the acupressure points along the body to relieve energy blockages and strentgthen the flow of energy. Allergy correction therapy also utilizes these meridian points to "rewire" the body to realize what should, and should not, cause irritation.
